History of Kettle Corn
Buck's Kettle Corn

It is believed that kettle corn was a cowboy treat back in the days of the western movement. According to folklore, corn was popped with boiled animal fat or other lard over an open kettle. Molasses or sugar was added to make it sweet and then salted to flavor. Times and ingredients may have changed a little, but Buck's Kettle Corn is made in the spirit of those early cowboy settlers.
